Sausage and Egg casserole

Serves 6-8. Source: Trot Nixon (care of the Red Sox cookbook)
Ingredients:
- 1 pound sausage, browned and crumbled
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- Combine all ingredients.
- Pour in a 9x13 casserole dish.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (this step can be eliminated if necessary, but it makes the casserole so much better)
- Bake at 350F for 1 hour, or until firm.
